So I needed a diet that would allow for my crazy schedule. I dont have the time to prepare my meals or plan them in advance. I came up with a version of a low carb diet modified to allow for the majority of my meals coming from restaurants and allowing for one day of total eating chaos!!!!! Follow me as I prove that: 1) You're never too busy to eat well and look healthy and, 2) You can be quite the little pig one day a week and it wont hurt your weight control goals. Good Luck!

Salad...Salad....and More Salad
Just finishing up another day on The Cheat Day Diet. Started with a Mucsle Milk and some almonds. From there I had three different meetings at three different restaurants and thus three different salads. I had a chop salad at one spot hold the dressing. A Chinese chicken salad at another spot, and finally a roasted veggie with chicken breast at the last one. All in all it was a great day for the diet and I managed to squeeze in two Veggie juices. I didnt make it to the gym but at least I got my hour yoga class in which was particularly strenuous today. Okay time to get some sleep and get ready for the weekend.
